Elliott Small is a graduate of Harvard College with a major in Biochemical Sciences. Elliott has worked as a chemist at General Foods Corporation where he originated an new process for gelation. Mr. Small has represented the H-SCAN Functional Age Test. He has provided these to customers in 10 nations.
As President of an international information technology company and as vice president of a tranportation company, he has travelled to 22 nations on 5 continents. His government experience includes positions as an expert at the U. S. Department of Agriculture and Director of a U. S. Commerce Department funded technology transfer program.
