The first step in anti-aging is to prevent the premature aging caused by insufficient sleep for 30% and overweight bodies and insufficient exercise for the majority in the USA. These conditions are also spreading worldwide.


The U. S. Centers for Disease Control says: Insufficient Sleep Is a Public Health Epidemic and that about 30% of U. S. adults get less than 6 hours of the required 7 to 9 hours sleep per day, and 69% of U. S. high school students get less than 8 of the 9.25 hours per day required by teenagers according to the National Sleep Foundation.
